Garlic Honey Glazed Carrots
16 oz. pkg baby carrots
2 Tbsp melter butter
2 cloves garlic
pinch of salt
ground black pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Preheat over to 400 degrees. Combine the carrots with other ingredients. Stir to combine well. Roast the carrots until tender-crisp (about 30 minutes). Stir half way through cooking time.
