8 oz. linguini pasta
3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
4 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
4 Tbsp. butter
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
2 green onions, sliced
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Bring large pot of water to boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a plastic bag. Shake to coat. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute chicken in butter until alsmost tender. Add red and green bell peppers, and green onion. Saute and stir for 2-3 minutes. Reduce heat.
Add heavy cream, basil, lemon pepper, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat through. Add parmesan cheese, stir. Add the tossed linguini, toss and heat through.
