Easy, Yummy Crock Pot Mexican Soup

Put in crock pot:

2 chicken breasts
1 can corn (juice and all)
1 can Rotel
1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 packet dry ranch dressing
1 Tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. chili powder
8 oz. cream cheese

Cook on low 6-8 hours. Shred chicken. Enjoy.

Alfredo Sauce

2 cups (one pint) heavy cream
1 cube real butter
1 ½ - 2 cups Parmesan cheese

In a medium saucepan combine whipping cream, butter or margarine, and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook over medium low heat until smooth. Remove from heat. Sauce will thicken upon standing. Serve over your favorite pasta. Better quality Parmesan makes a better tasting sauce.
